There is hardly anyone in this world who don't find beaches astonishing. Shrivardhan is one of the untouched beaches and villages in konkan coast of Maharashtra. Me and my chaddi buddies were on trip to shrivardhan it is flat beach with well maintained surroundings we reached at afternoon. We started searching for shelter for that night and here, there are beach resorts which are quiet amazing but costlier. People here converted there houses a motel type where they are cheap as compared to commercial resorts and serve homemade food at very cheap rates they the are best. We moved beach at 4 pm for sunset and returned. We then visited local market for buying fresh fishes for dinner. At dinner we have 3-4 types of fishes in konkani style that's awesome, one should taste konkani sea food once in life time that too in typical konkan village is paradise.we moved shrivardhan beach at night also at 11 pm and enjoyed the blissful waves and fresh breeze and solu soothing sound of water till 1am.
Next morning we head on to janjira fort, a fort of 15th century standing still straight in the sea surrounded by water and unconquered with great architecture. To reach the fort boat facility is available, the boat is always overloaded and that too with no security for people on boat. The get down facility from boat to fort is quite adventurous same with boarding.
